Let's Do It For Lance!

As you may already know, the CD is complete! It will be a while before you can buy it from Cat Food Money Records, as the distribution has knocked out so many copies already, which is great! For now, you can buy from No Idea Records. Once it is available from Cat Food Money, please consider buying copies from me!

The Let's Do It For Lance compilation CD consists of bands mostly from the U.S. and a few other countries all doing some really cool covers of J Church and Cringer songs. Lance Hahn was the main force behind Cringer and since 1992 has been the consistent creative mind behind J Church. During the summer of 2006, Lance was unable to make it to a gig in Austin (which I attended) because he had to be rushed to the emergency room. Lance is still suffering from serious heart and kidney problems, and several good samaritan punks decided to find a way to help Lance. The result is the Let's Do It For Lance compilation! All proceeds will go directly to Lance to help pay his outrageous medical bills - the labels and bands involved in this project aren't making a dime! It truly is a warm gathering of punks trying to help a friend in need.
